Coming by train, get off at the station Venice Santa Lucia. Once at the Station you will see a big square on the Canal Grande. By the shuttle on water Alilaguna, connecting the dock of Marco Polo Venice airport, directly to Piazza San Marco (10 euro/person - approx. 1 hour) or by bus ACTV line 5 till Piazzale Roma and then by steamer till San Marco.
